How long is it valid?

12 months from activation. Each top-up renews the entire balance for 12 months. Unspent credit does not expire: you can ask for a free renewal.

Do I have to spend it all at once?

No. You can spend the balance over multiple visits. Our team can check the current balance.

Can I top it up later?

Yes. Online top-ups are planned for the original voucher. The QR code will stay the same.

Do I need to print it?

Just show it on your phone. A printable PDF is included in the email.
